Beaumont Free Student Sports Physicals & Heart Checks
Free Sports physicals are available for middle school and high school students. Heart checks are only available to students 13 years and older (no exceptions). Physicals are performed by Beaumont doctors with assistance from Beaumont specialists in physical therapy, sports medicine and cardiology. Registration opens March 18 and is open until available spots are filled. Parents may choose from 2 registration options: Sport Physical and Heart Check or Sport Physical Only.
