Eastside Community Chamber

Free Sports physicals are available for middle school and high school students.  Heart checks are only available to students 13 years and older (no exceptions).

Physicals are performed by Beaumont doctors with assistance from Beaumont specialists in physical therapy, sports medicine and cardiology.

Registration opens March 18 and is open until available spots are filled.  Parents may choose from 2 registration options: Sport Physical and Heart Check or Sport Physical Only.  All paperwork must be filled out completely ahead of time.  Paperwork can be found on the registration website.

Parents are welcome to accompany all students and bring all other necessary sports forms required by the student’s respective school and/or summer camp as well.
