SUMMARY:Beaumont Free Student Sports Physicals & Heart Checks
DESCRIPTION:Free Sports physicals are available for middle school and high school students.  Heart checks are only available to students 13 years and older (no exceptions). \nPhysicals are performed by Beaumont doctors with assistance from Beaumont specialists in physical therapy\, sports medicine and cardiology. \nRegistration opens March 18 and is open until available spots are filled.  Parents may choose from 2 registration options: Sport Physical and Heart Check or Sport Physical Only.  All paperwork must be filled out completely ahead of time.  Paperwork can be found on the registration website. \nParents are welcome to accompany all students and bring all other necessary sports forms required by the student’s respective school and/or summer camp as well. \nTo schedule an appointment go to:   http://beaumont.org/shc  and click on Register Now
