This two hour, hands on training is ideal for men and women, 8 to 108 of any fitness or skill level and offers an immediate and substantial increase in safety. The purpose of this class is to increase awareness and offer options, techniques and tools that will add to what you already know about self defense in order to avoid, escape, and survive dangerous situations.

Topics include preparation and prevention as well as strategies, communication skills and easy to remember techniques. Learn to escape rear and front grabs, chokes, hair pulling, wrist grabs and other attacks using leverage and balance displacement.
