The purpose of this class is to increase awareness and offer options\, techniques and tools that will add to what you already know about self defense in order to avoid\, escape\, and survive dangerous situations.\nTopics include preparation and prevention as well as strategies\, communication skills and easy to remember techniques. Learn to escape rear and front grabs\, chokes\, hair pulling\, wrist grabs and other attacks using leverage and balance displacement.\nThe cost of this self defense class is only $79 per person if you register ahead of time at https://beatingdisaster.as.me. Payment can be made at the event providing space is available; however\, participation is limited.
