In celebration of Halloween, the Roseville-Eastpointe Recreation Authority will be hosting a Trick or Treat Trail at Veteran's Memorial Park in Roseville This event will feature DJ music & many service clubs, businesses, city departments and individuals handing out candy in a safe and secure setting.
