The Michigan Military Technical and Historical Society of Eastpointe is seeking Vietnam era veterans who are also Hot Rod, Muscle Car and Collector Car enthusiasts to be possible interviewed for a Keith Famie / Visionalist Entertainment produced 2-hour Detroit PBS documentary set to release on Father’s Day 2023. “DETROIT the City of Hot Rods and Muscle Cars” is about Detroit’s people and their passion for their automobiles. Cash for Classrooms Grants from Community Choice Credit Unions
Cash for Classrooms - $500 Grants Community Choice believes in the importance of financial education and empowering youth to manage their money. We want to help Michigan teachers do the same! We’re awarding five $500 Cash for Classroom grants to K-12 teachers toward the purchase of supplies, software, or other tools to help promote financial education in their school or classroom. The deadline for submitting applications is April 29, 2022. Winners will be announced during Teacher Appreciation Week (May 2-6).
