Learn the fundamentals of boxing with Pro-boxer, Mixed Martial Artist, and Personal Trainer Ramsey Beard. Open to boys and girls ages 7-16, Boxing Fundamentals is a 4-week clinic that will teach youth the basic skills and drills to build a solid boxing foundation. This is a beginner to intermediate level, non-contact boxing program (no sparring). Sessions are limited to 12 participants allowing for maximum spacing and personal instruction.
