The Roseville Memorial Day Parade Committee is honored to announce the Grand Marshal for the 2024 Roseville Memorial Day Parade: Rich Luterman, FOX 2 Chief Meteorologist! Chief Meteorologist Rich Luterman joined the FOX 2 Weather Authority Team in 1997. Rich obtained the American Meteorological Society (AMS) Seal of Approval in 1994.
