Virtual groundbreaking ceremony for Community Housing Network at old Deerfield Elementary. Thank you to Macomb County Executive Mark Hackel, Eastpointe Mayor Owens, Eastpointe City Manager Elke Doom, Eastpointe Planning & Development Director Mary Van Haaren and VP of Development at Community Housing Network, Kirsten Elliott.
Erin Park will feature 52 high quality, duplex style, one, two and three bedroom homes. All 52 homes will be long term, rent-to-own housing.
