SUMMARY:Cancelled - Tillandsia Wall Decor Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Learn everything there is to know about Air Plants! Who doesn’t love tillandsia (a.k.a. air plants)? They are unique and beautiful little plants that come in many unusual shapes and sizes. Many times we get our plants home and a few months later they are not looking as great as they did when we first got them. Sometimes they rot or just dry out completely. It can be so frustrating! In this session we will discuss the many factors that can affect the health of the tillandsia. We will teach you the best methods for caring for an air plant. From plant selection to placement in the home\, this workshop will set you up for success. During this session we will create a beautiful rustic wall hanger with some very special varieties of tillandsia. Each student will go home with a beautiful decorative air plant display that can be hung on the wall or placed on a shelf as a perfect accent. Light refreshments and champagne will be available. As always\, you are welcome to bring a beverage of your own. We are very excited to share our tillandsia knowledge with you!
