DESCRIPTION:In today’s world\, the rising needs of consumers and their increasing voice means organizations need to move in new\, creative directions.  This training is designed to take women business owners to the next level by showing them how to strategically position their company for growth.  The session will focus on the foundations of the Blue Oceans Strategies and its role in achieving growth in their market space\, while leaving the competition behind.\nWe will look at the Blue Oceans Strategy\, whole notion of what it really takes to transform an organization\, be it a small company or a vast enterprise.  The principals and practices are the same\, it is merely a matter of scale.  We will send the attendees home with a couple of simple tools that they can put to work immediately to help them better manage their organizations.\nAfter spending the morning learning about the Blue Oceans Strategies\, where its culture is grounded in data\, it pursues differentiation vs low cost and it creates uncontested market space.  We will show how to align the three strategy propositions – value\, profit\, and people\, to help create uncontested market share.
