SUMMARY:Roseville Optimist Club Picnic-NOW
DESCRIPTION:NOW stands for New Optimists Welcome and is a program designed to\ncapture the interest of prospective Optimist Members. \nOur NOW Picnic is fast approaching and will be here before we know it.\nIt is scheduled to take place at Rotary Park located on Utica Road and Common.\nThe date is the third Saturday in August which is August 19th at the pavilion. The gates\nwill open at 10:00am. If you have any friends or relatives who may be interested in\nbecoming members of the Optimists\, NOW is the time to do it. \nDee Lindroth has taken on the task to pull this picnic together\, not just to recruit new\nmembers but to make all members feel welcomed in the process. If you have any\nfriends or relatives that would make good candidates for our club\, let Dee know who\nthey are and their address\, she will make certain that they are sent a formal invitation\nto this event. \nAll members are asked to bring a dish to pass for all if attending. Desserts are always\na nice addition to any picnic. A sign-up sheet will be passed around at the July 15th\nmeeting. If you can’t make the meeting and still want to donate something\, please\ncall Dee at (586) 381-3445 \nEven though you may not have any potential members in mind\, doesn’t take from\nthe fact that we would love to have as many members who can be there attend.
