Enjoy of piece of Detroit history as acclaimed author Karen Dybis shares her latest release about “Detroit Style Pizza: A Doughtown Pizza.” She shares how Cloverleaf’s Gus Guerra first square pie was created inside a pizzeria in Detroit in the late 40’s. Little did he know at the time the culinary masterpiece he would be creating.
Tickets $40pp include lunch with Detroit Style Pizza, salad and soda, exciting conversation and an autographed copy of Dybis’ latest release.
