SUMMARY:Boxing for Youth (MADE Student Athletics)
DESCRIPTION:Learn the fundamentals of boxing with Pro-boxer\, Mixed Martial Artist\, and Personal Trainer Ramsey Beard. Open to boys and girls ages 7-16\, Boxing Fundamentals is a 4-week clinic that will teach youth the basic skills and drills to build a solid boxing foundation. This is a beginner to intermediate level\, non-contact boxing program (no sparring). Sessions are limited to 12 participants allowing for maximum spacing and personal instruction.  \nAll necessary equipment will be provided on site. Participants can feel free to bring their own boxing gloves if preferred.
